Mrs. Sadie Planck, 43, widow ofWilliam Planck, died at her home near Denmark Village at1:15 Sunday afternoon, death being caused by the sting ofa bee, which later developedinto blood poisoning. Mrs.Planck had been ill five weeks.She was born in Castorland, April 23, 1888, a daughter ofthe late Richard and EvaShampine Colgrove, and residedthere with her parents until her marriage to William Planckin 1909, after which they removed to the farm where shedied. Mrs. Planck was a member of Denmark Grange and attended the Methodist Episcopal church. Survivingis a son Clarence Planck and adaughter, Fredia Planck, bothresiding at home, a sister,Mrs. John Wollschlager, and a brother Charles F. Colgrove,both of Copenhagen. Mrs. Planck's husband died two years ago and a daughterHazel, died not may years ago.Funeral services were held at the home at 2 Wednesday after-noon, Rev. Walter G. Wilhurst,Carthage officiating. Interment was in Riversidecemetery, Copenhagen.
