After-dinner speeches were made, Rev. S. J . Douglas t a k i n g t h e i n i t i a tive, followed by j u d g e Dwight K, Colegrove of Utica, Mr. C h a r l e s Colegrove of t h e old homestead, Mr. J o hn Colegrove of Clinton and Miss Bessie P i e r c e of Bridgewater. Music and social c o n v e r s e w e r e i u d u l g e d in, i n t e r spersed with rambles through t he spacious grounds. An election of officers was h e l d . T h i s b r a n c h of t h e Colegrove family t r a c e s it's lineage back to F r a n c is Colegrove, one of t h e e a r l i e s t settlers of Rhode Island. Guests were in att e n d a n c e from Brooklyn, Elmira, Utica, Passaic, N. J . , E a s t Orange, N . J . , Edmeston, Brookfield,' Sauquoit, Bridgewater, Clayv-ille,.
