Miss Florence Payne and Mrs. Alfred Bee. both of this city; one brother. Judd Neal of Rochester, aad one sister. Mrs. Clarissa Tounglove of this city. The funeral will be held at 2 o'clock Thursday afternoon, with burial la Oakwood Cemetery. Rev.
