Special to The Syracuse Herald.Homer, March 1,--Mrs. Phoebe AnnColegrove died at the Old Ladies'Home in Homer yesterday at the age of 84 years, her death beingdue to the infirmities of old age.Mrs. Colegrove was a real daughter of the American Revolution. She was a member or Tioughioga chapterD.A.R. of Cortland.
