MRS. ALTON M. LOOMIS FORMER FREDONIAN DIES IN WASHINGTON ------ Friends in Fredonia have received work in the death in Washington, D. C., Saturday of Mrs. Bertha Colegrove Loomis, widow of Alton M. Loomis. She had been ill for two years. Her husband was for a number of years editor of the Grape Belt and later moved to Washington. Mrs. Loomis leaves four children all of whom were born in Fredonia. The family has been away from here about 30 years. Mrs. Loomis spent her girlhood in Corry, Pa.
