CAMBRIDGE, N.Y., Nov 6--Harry E. Jeffers of Pittsfield, Mass.,has been held for manslaughter,charged with causing the deathof Mrs. Charlotte Colegrove ofCambridge. Jeffers was the driver of an automobile whichscared the horse driven by Mrs.Colegrove. She was thrown out and killed.
