COLEGROVE WILL CASE UP MONDAY ---- Daughter Contests For Portion of $60,000 Estate of Salamanca Woman. ---- Little Valley, Sept. 18--The first case which will be taken up at the reopening of Supreme Court on Monday will be that of the probate of the will of Dr. Solina P. Colegrove, late of Salamanca. The case has been attracting considerable attention. Mrs. Colegrove left an estate, estimated at $60,000 to her two daughters, Mrs. Nellie J. Terry of Salamanca and Mrs. Helen Mae Nichols of Buffalo. Mrs. Terry received $5,000 under the terms of the will and the bulk of the estate was given to Mrs. Nichols. Mrs. Terry is contesting the will. It is expected that the case will occupy three days.
