Pianist Plays ToGrade Pupils DeForest W. Colegrove ofRochester, N.Y., a profes-sional pianist and bandleader, entertained pupilsof grades 1 to 4 of the Newport County Day Schoolyesterday at their musicperiod.Colegrove first played professionally "in the pit" at silent movie theaters in Norfolk, Va.,during his Navy serviceyears ago. After moving to Rochester he formed aband, "the Hot Shot Four"playing in clubs which grew into a larger band sponsered by the RochesterGas and Electric Co.
