Edward Henry Lozier Edward Henry Lozieer, 59, died at 3:20 a.m. Sunday at his home, 1737 Oakland av. Mr Lozier was born OCt 4 1898, at Greenup, but spent most of his life here. He attended Portsmouth Schools and was a machinist for the Norfolk & Western Railway for 34 years. Surviving are his wife, Barbara; his mother and a sister, Nelle Goodman, 922 Eigth st; a half-brother, James Colegrove of Columbus. Funeral service will be held at 9 a.m. Tuesday at Holy Redemer Church with Rt. Rev. Msgr. Joseph R. Casey in charge. In- terment will be in Greenlawn Cemetery under the direction of Mart Glynn. The body may be viewed at Lynn Funeral Home.
