Minnie C. Ashby FILLMORE--Mrs. Minnie Colgrove Ashby, 76, widow of Richard P. Ashby, died at her home in Fillmore Wednesday night of caused incident to age. She was born in Fillmore Sept. 25 1872, daughter of Parly Eugene and Helen McBride Col- grove. She spent her entire life as a resident of Fillmore. She was counselor in the Fillmore ward Relief society, Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, for 11 years, and a member of Daughters of Utah Pioneers. She was married in the Manti L D S temple Nov. 14, 1894, to Mr. Ashby. Her husband died Oct. 15, 1920. Surviving are three daughters, Mrs. Geneva Steakman, Mrs. Fern Robison and Mrs. Alice Robison, and a son R. Eugene Ashby, all of Fillmore; 15 grandchildren and six great- grandchildren. Funeral services will be con- ducted Saturday at 2 p.m. in the Filmore First L D S ward chapel by Von T. Taylor, bishop. Friends may call at the family home Saturday from 10 a.m. to time of services. Burial will be in Fillmore cemetery directed by Olpin mortuary, Fillmore.
