Miss Turner And Lowell Howard Plan June Bridal The engagement of Miss Jeanetta Turner, the only daughter of Mrs. Edith Turner, 3644 Gallia st., New Boston, and the late William R. Turner, to Lowell Bennett Howard, son of Mr. and Mrs. Arland J Howard, 3342 Gallia st., New Boston, is being announced today by the bride-elect's mother. While a definite date is not known at this time, the wedding is to take place sometime in June. Miss. Turner is a graduate of Glenwood High School in the class of 1942. She attended Ohio university and is now a teacher at Stanton Avenue school in New Boston. A graduate of Portsmouth High school in the class of 1942, Mr. Howard is now a senior at Bowl- ing Green State university, where he is a member of Alpha Tau Omega fraternity. During the war he served as an ensign in the navy and was on active duty in the Pacific. The bride-to-be is a grand- daughter of Mr. and Mrs. F. M. Colegrove of Blue Run Rd. near Minford.
