GOLDEN ANNIVERSARY-The 50th wedding anniversary of Mr. and Mrs. Warren Colgrove of Westfield was celebrated recently with an open house at their home, 93 Union St. The affair was hosted by the couple's son and daughter-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Warren Colgrove Jr., and grandchildren, Cynthia and Darrell. The anniversary table was centered with a tiered wedding cake with gold rose and leaf decorations, gold tapers and an heirloom lace cloth over gold. Mrs. Colgrove, who wore a long dark turquoise suit with gold accessories, was favored with a white and gold orchid corsage with gold points. Mr. Colgrove received a yellow rose boutonniere. Mr. Colgrove and the former Irene Johnson were married Oct. 28,1925 at the Presbyterian Parsonage by the Rev. Charles Thompson. Mr. Colgrove retired in 1971 from the Ajax Flexible Coupling Corp. of Westfield after 36 years of service.
