    3. Colegrove—Salmon -------- A quiet home wedding took place at the Raymond Baptist parsonage at 6 o'clock Saturday evening when Thelma L. Salmon, oldest daughter of Frank Salmon of Penfield, became the bride o£ Frederick F. Colegrove. Rev. Charles H. Colegrove, father of the groom, performed the ceremony before a background of roses and other cut flowers. The single ring service was used. The bride wore an ensemble of peach colored chalk crepe, and her bouquet was of gardenias and lilies of the valley. The bridesmaid was Miss Mary Salmon, a sister of the bride, whose bouquet was Talisman roses and gypsophila. Henry E. Colegrove, brother of the groom, was best man. Only the immediate families of the bride and groom were present. After the ceremony dinner was served at the Blarney Stone Inn at West Webs- ter. Later in the evening Mr. and Mrs. Colegrove left on a motor trip to the Adirondacks. The prenuptial events were showers given by Mrs. Eugene Steele of East Rochester, Miss Vera Merkingler and the Misses Isabel Morrow and Lois Coleman, of Rochester; Miss Helen Spaulding of Fairport, and Miss Mary Salmon of Penfield.
