    3. In Special Term Frances Colegrove vs Frank S. Colegrove, an action for seperation. The plaintiff was represented by D. E. Powers of Clinton and L. M. Martin of the same place represented the dedendant. The parties were married in Westmoreland, February 14, 1899, and they have one child. The wife wants the little one and asks taht she be given councel fees and allomony. The case was put over for one week, when the parties for the action will appear before the court.
