Death Takes Mrs. Ambrose BUHL—Mrs. Clara Ambrose, 79, died Tuesday morning at the home of a son, Orville Ambrose, of a long illness. She was born Oct. 1, 1886, in Nebraska and was married to William Ambrose April 9, 1903, at Smithshire, Ill. They moved to Buhl in 1910. Mr. Ambrose died in April, 1946. Mrs. Am- brose belonged to the Buhl Rebekah Lodge. Survivors include six sons, Chester Ambrose, Orville Ambrose and Marion Ambrose, all Buhl; Gerald Ambrose, Rupert; Robert Ambrose, Arco, and Ernest Ambrose, Forest Grove, Ore.; three daughters, Mrs. June Shippelhute, Portland; Mrs. Mae Merritt, Sacramento, Calif., and Mrs. Betty Jensen, Gooding; 34 grandchildren and 63 great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be conducted at 3:30 p.m. Friday at the Buhl First Methodist Church by Rev. Paul V. LaRue. Friends may call at the Albertson-Dick- ard Funeral Home Thursday from 9 a.m. until 8 p.m. The family suggests contributions to the Heart Fund. Final rites will be held in the Buhl Cemetery.
