Lewis H. Churchill-- Lewis H. Churchill, aged 69 years, died at his home here yesterday. Mr Churchill had been in poor health since last summer but had only been confined to his bed for about a week. He was born at St. Johnsville and came to this villiage when a boy and for many years resided in ******ton. He has resided here for the past two years. During his life he had followed the occupations of carpenter and farmer. he has many friends who will regret his passing. Besides his widow he is survived by two sons and five daughters. Lewis Jr., of Lopez, Pa., William Churchill of Utica. Miss Nellie Churchill, Mrs Cora B Conrad, Mrs. Ephriam Richardson, Mrs. William B. Sholts and Mrs. Morris Colegrove of Fort Plain; also eight grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. The funeral will be held from the late home Sunday afternoon at 1:30 o'clock and from the Catherine Nellis Memorial chapel at 2:30 o'clock. The Rev. Thomas Kirkwood pastor of the Reforced Church officiating. The interment will bemade in the Fort Plain Cemtery.
