CAMBRIDGE, N. ,Y., Nov. 5.-Harry E. Jeffers of Pittsfield. Mass., has been held for manslaughter, charged with causing the death of Mrs. Charlotte Coleprove of Cambridge. Jeffers was the driver of an automobile which scared the horse driven by Mrs. Cole- grove. She was thrown out and killed.
