Mrs. Robert A. Colegrove Kerns Edith A. Colegrove Kerns, 44, 807 Gene, died Wednesday evening at Hutchinson Hospital. Born Nov. 19, 1935, at Great Bend, she was a bookkeeper- secretary for Underground Vaults and Storage. She married Robert M. Kerns July 3, 1977. She was a member of the United Methodist Church; Women of the Moose Chapter 1371, Hutchinson and the O.E.S. Survivors include the widower; sons: Steve and Stuart Benton, both of Ozark, Mo.; daughters: Mrs. Sharon Whitehill, Springfield, Mo.; Sandra Benton, of the home; Sheila Benton. Ozark, Mo.; parents; Mr. and Mrs. Arthur Colegrove, 3700 Panorama Dr.; brothers: F. Arthur Colegrove Jr., Bonesteei, S.D.; Herman C. Colegrove, Copperas Cove, Texas; sister: Mrs. Judith Slater, Mountain Home, Ark.; and three grandchildren. Funeral will be 10 a.m. Monday at Gustafson-Volkland Funeral Home; the Rev. Bill Soule. Graveside service 3 p.m. Monday in Great Bend Cemetery. The family suggests memorials to the American Cancer Society. Friends may call from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Saturday and Sunday at the funeral home.
