Visitation: 8 a.m. until service time today. Memorials: American Diabetes Association. David Eugene Colby was born Dec. 3, 1943, in San Angelo. He passed away unexpectedly at home. Mr. Colby graduated from San Angelo Central High and was a loyal employee of TU Electric of Fort Worth for the past 15 years. He was a loving son, husband, father and grandfather, and a dear friend to all. Survivors: Wife, Rhonda Colby of Azle; sons, Douglas Colby and Christopher Colby, both of Azle; parents, Bill and Inell Colby of San Angelo; brother, Bill Colby Jr. of Austin; sister, Alice Caffey of New Braunfels; and grandchild, Bryce Colby of Fort Worth.
