Colby--not sure if he was a seaman or not. His wife was Alice M.???????. As to Charles' grandparents--have no idea. Have been looking for any Joseph born about 1850, but nothing so far. Charles divorced his first wife, Mae Sears/Cyrs, whom he married in Melnockit, ME in about 1894. His second wife was Esther Ojanen--married Nov.7,1921. Charles died in August 1962 and had been working in New York City for Macy's Department Store. If you find out anything else please keep me in mind.
