    3. I think I do!! Abner, son of Enoch & Abigail Blaisdell Colby. He was born in Candia, Rockingham, New Hampshire - but he married Ruth Cheney [see the connection, here!] and their children were all born in Amesbury - right next to Salisbury. Anything else interesting in the book?? Cheney There are several references to Colby. One is Abner Colby who owned the Sloop 'Pearl' in 1813 (a 46 Ton Sloop). He was listed as Abner Colby, Salisbury (I assume Massachusetts but might be New Hampshire). Any ideas on who this might be?? 3. I thought Aber and Ruth were in Candia, NH and Thorton, NH not Amesbury. ----- Original Message ----- From: "Alice Volkert" <[email protected]> To: <[email protected]> Sent: Sunday, October 09, 2005 4:11 PM Subject: RE: [COLBY] Abner Colby I think I do!!
