Noble, Herman I., 87, retired Boeing Wichita machinist, farmer and bus driver, died Wednesday, Sept. 13, 2000. Service 11 a.m. Saturday, Lakeview Funeral Home. Mr. Noble was a World War II veteran, serving in the Army as a corporal. He was a prisoner of war. Preceded in death by brother, Leonard Noble; sister, Bessie Slater. Survivors: wife, Vona; sons and daughters-in-law, Galen and Jana of Arkansas City, Leland and Vickey of Wichita; daughter and son-in-law, Lyneta and Rusty Hollingsworth of Wichita; brother, Carl of Fairview, Okla.; grandchi ldren, Reagan Noble, LaVeta Noble, Lisa Wheeler, Vanessa Noble, Cody Noble, Kara Hollingsworth, Ryan Hollingsworth.
