Royene loved being with her sisters and their families, her children and grandchildren. She liked to bowl, read her mystery books, watch her mystery videos. She was always ready and willing to help anyone in need. Royene worked for Carbon Hospital and later Castleview Hospital in the X-ray department. Royene will be dearly missed and leaves behind her two daughters and son, Jann (Allen) Guptill, Price; Lona Colby, West Jordan; Stan (Angie) Colby, Riverton; eight grandchildren; four great grandchildren; sisters, Zola Thompson, Green Valley, CA; Vanice Rice, Salt Lake City; Norrine Callaway, Heber; Bill Hartnett, Florida. Preceded in death by the love of her life and dear husband, Stanley Glen Colby; parents; sisters, Eileen Jensen; Julie Brinton. Funeral Service, Tuesday, March 3, 2009, 11:00 a.m. Mitchell Funeral Home. Family will be at Mitchell's Monday evening from 6:00-8:00 p.m. and Tuesday one hour prior to service. Interment, Wellington City Cemetery. Arrangements entrusted to Mitchell Funeral Home of Price, where friends are welcome daily.
