Survived by husband; mother, Salt Lake City; father, Calif.; brother, Lee Colby, Salt Lake City; stepchildren, Ron, Jackie, and Don, Salt Lake City; two step-grandchildren; three nieces, Kathleen, Rosemary, and Kelly.
