He was the retired owner of All City Service and Supply Corporation in Denver. He served in the Army during the Korean War. Mr. Colby was born on October 17, 1928 in Boulder to H. Burns and Elsie E. (Carver) Colby. He married Carol Smith on April 6, 1951. He is survived by his wife; two daughters, Gail Town and Lisa Smith; a brother, Harold B. Colby; four grandchildren; and a great-grandchild. Graveside services will be held at 1 p.m. Monday in Woodland Park Cemetery with Mountain Memorial Services in charge of arrangements. Memorial contributions may be made to Woodland Park Ambulance.
