Colby April 13th, 1929 - December 9th, 2008 Colby, Betty G., 79, a resident of Oak Park, died Tuesday, December 9, 2008 in Royal Oak. She was born April 13, 1929 in Cincinnati, Ohio to James and Grace Decker. Mrs. Colby was an avid gardener and enjoyed being outside on warm, sunny days. She was also very generous with her charitable donations. Surviving are her sons, James (Lisa) of Ferndale, Daniel (Linda) of Ferndale and Thomas (Sandy) of Texas; grandchildren, Angela, Jonathan, Renee, Deborah, Katie, Ephraim, Autumn, Christopher and Nikko; and sister, Kathryn (Peter) Prinz.
