Hello! I am researching two Swedish immigrants that supposedly split their mining time in Leadville. My great-grandfather, August (Gust) Ladine would work half the year in the mines. Then he would return to Nebraska to work the family farm. His brother Andy Ladine would then come work the other half of the year in the mines. Was this a normal practice or would this even be allowed? My ggrandfather met his wife Emma Sofia Carlson at a mining camp where she was a cook. She had a brother Alfred Carlson in the area and a sister Hannah Carlson. She married Charles Corsberg. I know they are from the Loveland area. Would appreciate any help or information! Thank you Stephen Ladine Ladine, Carlson, Corsberg, Kreps, Warberg
