I don't know his birth info, only his death info, which was in 1910. The PHILLIPS was a family in the LAKE County (Leadville) and EAGLE County area of approx. 20 children. I was hoping since that family was so large, there might be someone out there researching it also. My grandmother was a Charlotta/Charlotte/Carlotta/Lotta PHILLIPS, daughter of J. PHILLIPS. This time frame is 1880 - 1910. I guess it is possible Celestia might have married one of my PHILLIPS and moved back east, but I don't have any of the PHILLIPS links, so I can't help you at this time.
