    3. Hello Mr. O'Brien, When I saw the phrase "mine worker records" I about fell out of my chair! I have three families that I am researching in Leadville: Doyle Burns Dumphy All of them came to Leadville around 1879-1885 and worked many different mines. Some of the men in those families rose to the rank of "engineer" and "superintendent." One young man was killed in the Ressurection Mine in 1901. These families stayed in Leadville until the early 1940s. I would be very interested in any information that you have in regards to the mine worker records. I can be contacted at [email protected] Thanks! ----- Original Message ----- From: "Gail Meyer Kilgore" <[email protected]> To: <[email protected]> Sent: Friday, January 26, 2001 11:00 AM Subject: Re: [COLAKE] Mine worker records > Al O'Brien can you help these ladies? 3. Hi, Gail, Sometime ago, several of us were looking for a place to check mine worker records for family members. You mentioned Al, O'Brian might be helpful. I haven't seen anymore on this site, and was wondering if I'd missed something, perhaps an address where he could be reached. Andrea Strahl
