My grandmother, Emma Rapakko Hyvarinen, died there in February of 1907 and her young children (including my mother) were taken back to Finland where they lived until 1916. I'm trying to put the timeline together of when they left Leadville. My grandfather, Matt Hyvarinen/Hyvari, remained in Leadville for a time unknown. An aunt of the children, Aini Rapakko, travelled with the children to Finland, while her husband, Petter Anton Rapakko, remained in Leadville for awhile. These are the surnames I am most interested in at present (both names are often misspelled). If you find the names, I would also appreciate the date the information was taken or date of the publication if possible. Thank you so much! My wife and I did the same tour last August in purpose to find footprints of Adolph Delander and his brother Nels Delander. We found and learned a lot thanks to the people of Leadville.
