Classification: Query Message Board URL: http://boards.ancestry.com/mbexec/msg/an/BVJ.2ACIB/671.677.680.724.726.727.728.733.736.739.748.1.1.1.1.1.1.1.1.1 Message Board Post: there is a book called the "Mortality Schedule" for Arkansas - believe it or not - you might find a death notice in there for Isaac. check that out - I ran into the same thing when doing my family research - it's unbelieveable that Arkansas had no birth or death certificates before the WW1 isn't it? only other thing I could suggest and you may have already done it - if you know where he lived you could check the census record for 1910 maybe and find some little clue out or something.
