I have a Lessie Coker that married Elias Shaw, Katie Lee Coker that married Leonard Bartlett, Julia Ann Mitchum that married Unknown Coker then William Wilson, and her daughter Elizabeth Coker and a possible son J. S Coker. I am really stuck on these because I can not locate any marriage records for any of them. I belive they may have come from Troup to Heard counties then to Randolph County AL.

Cousin!!!! John S. Coker was my great-grandfather :) Julia Ann Mitchum was married to John Coker, son of Moses Coker, who came from South Carolina. Moses and John show up in the 1850 Census in Randolph, and I think Elizabeth is in that one as well; as I recall, she was born that year. John S. wasn't born until 1853. I'm pretty sure I remember an Aunt Lessie, who would have been my grandmother's sister. All my records are on my computer at home, so drop me a line and we'll see about exchanging them.
