Sandra, While I do not know of any connection,your post caught my eye because My Coker and Dailey families are from Rowan Co.,NC.I descend from Jane Wilson Dailey b.1808 d/o Charles and Sally Etchison,she married Marmaduke George Coker.And she has an uncle John that I have no information on other then his name. This may be a coincidence but it may also be a clue to search further in the Rowan Co.,NC area for your Ezekial's parents.Good luck!
