THANK YOU, Dwight Stipes Dwight: I have not yet had a DNA test, but right now, I am planning to have it done when I attend the National Congress of the Sons of the American Revolution in July in Louisville, KY. Some company is offering a discount during our Congress and it supposedly includes the country of your surname ancestor's birth about a 1,000 years ago. I haven't figured out how they would do that just yet, but if you are interested, I can give you more details and an update at the end of July. Bob Coker
