Since I haven’t heard from you by e-mail I thought I would give ancestry a try again. I My John Coker was born in England abt. 1598 and died abt. 1655 in James City (Town) VA. I have land record on John Coker in Surry Co. 1654. The info I was given was that John married Dorothea (Dorcus) Bishop. I don't have any info on her. I have that they had two son's one named John Jr and William. I come from John Jr. he was born abt. 1623 in James City Va died Surry Co. VA he married a Margaret Clay abt. 1650.
