    3. I am not sure which Othaniel Coker you are referring to, but there was an Othaniel Coker who lived in Clarendon County. You can reach his nephew, Perry Coker at Turbeville, SC 29162. this is a small town and that will get to him. Maybe he will be of help. Mary Frances H. Vickie: My Father was born in1889, son of James Myers Coker, Jr., Son of James Myers Coker, Sr., Son of Whitley Coker, Jr., Son of Whitley Coker, Sr. My father had a cousin named John Lewis Coker, who fought in World War I in France, his wife's name was May, I only knew Stella May and Thereon his son. He may have had more children than these two but they were great. Thereon still lives in the Hebron community in South Carolina. The names struck me so this is all I know. Good luck. I have also read Christine's reply as to wondering who I am.... There is not much mystery about it... I am the nephew of Charles Fraklin Coker, who is the son of Franklin Henry Coker, the son of Henry Coker who was a son of John Coker... Born 1830 and married Adelaide Calame.... My uncle asked me to do a little research for him and I found quite a bit on the Peale line, but when I got to John's father I hit a brick wall.... Do you have any idea where John's father "Hubert" came from in England???? My uncle said that he went back to England and might have gone down with the ship ???? This is the real mystery........
