Could you possibly direct, or assist me in my endeavor? My great grandfather was Jose Benito Cruz, and his father was Mariano Cruz. Jose Benito's son Elias was my grandfather. Elias married Maria Modesta Pineda, and they had (I believe 13 children), my father Ernest is one of their sons. Ernest was born in 1923 in Walsenburg, and he married Juanita Mckeehan (Cisneros). Juanita's father Vaiden Mckeehan was adopted by the Cisneros family somewhere between 1908 and 1912, and that is why I am unsure of my mothers last name. Could you possibly help in my search?
