    3. Hi Arlene, I'm sorry I can't get the certificates you need, but here is the web site address: http://www.cdphe.state.co.us/hs/certs.asp It seems to me that I recently read somewhere that a Wayt was Governor of Colorado. I might be wrong but it sure seems like it. The Masonic cemetery has been entirely filmed, have you found the photos of their headstones yet? Not all of the photos are online yet, but they have been taken. In the Elks records, Paul Wayt was a resident of Walsenburg and was a lumber dealer. He was born 9-28-1893 in Walsenburg. He became a member of the Lodge on 3-18-1919 and was dropped for non-payment of dues on 4-1-1935. Paul was proposed for membership on 2-12-1919 paid his last dues on 10-4-1922. Ralph G. Wayt was born in Dorrance, Russell County Kansas on 4-4-1899. He was proposed as a member on 1-8-1916 but was rejected on 2-12-1916. It doesn't say why he was rejected. He was a garage owner and owned Walsenburg Auto Plumbing and Elec. Co. About 1911 he was treated by Dr. Johnson in Denver for acute tonsillitis. Dr. Paul E. Mathews was the examining doctor for the Lodge and he reported that he had know Mr. Wayt for 25 years. He described him as 5'9", 152 pounds, light complexion, brown hair and blue eyes, with a small scar on his left cheek. This is all I have on your line right now but will watch for anything else. Hope this helps!
