    3. Taylor, I think the easiest way for you to handle this is to turn it in to Archives and have them post it and give you the URL for it. Tell them NOT to go public with it until all the proofing is done.Then you can assign page numbers and the volunteers can go online and proof it. After all the proofing is done and corrections made, you can let Archives know, and they can open it up to the public. It would save you from having to email back and forth. The volunteers could look at your transcription, compare it to the images, then send you an email with the corrections. You could make all the corrections then send the corrected copy to Archives. Just a suggestion, but I think it would save you alot of work in keeping track of all the emails. Any other suggestions group?
