I am searching for anthing having to do with my granfather, Virgil Alex Kerby (or Alexander Kerby). He was the son of Jasper Kerby, bother of Luther and Edward Kerby, but I cannot find a mention of him anywhere. I know that his brother Luther married Nellie Vasquez August 14, 1905 and they had at least one son named Jack C. Kerby. Jack was born and was buried in LaVeta as were his mother and dad, Luther and Nellie Kerby. At this point there is no verification that my grandfather existed and would love to find something concrete. There was a lot of research done by Jan Horn but no one has heard from her for some time.
