If you choose not to post to a Roll Call your name is removed from the List. This is done in order to keep the List active for those that are still interested. Many times people will sub to a List then decide they don't want to be on that List but will not send in an unsubscribe command, so we end up filling their inbox with stuff they don't want until finally they complain to me about it.
