I remember those snow days from my childhood. As a kid you love it, but as an adult, it's such a nuisance. We moved here to Eugene from Big Bear and Lake Arrowhead, California in 1969, and to be honest with you, I don't miss the snow. Not one bit. We used to get some snow here, but haven't for several years. Non to speak of anyway. It is gorgeous, but a mess if you have to go anywhere. We ended up with 37" with more coming in tomorrow. YIKES!! Rye got 54" and the kids will still be out of school tomorrow because they can't get the buses out. I am still getting power outages, but today has been a little more consistent. Unfortunately this means I am way behind. Everyone please be patient with me till I get caught up again. Thanks to all of you for the warm wishes.
