Charles F. Free Funeral services will be held Friday, September 29, at 2:00 P.M. in the Community Church in Hot Sulphur Springs for Charles F, Free, Sr., who passed away Tuesday at St. Josephs Hospital in Denver, following a heart attack last Wednesday. Mr. Free was born in Zurich, Switzerland on October 16, 1873 and came to Canada as a small boy, He has lived in Grand County for many years. He is survived by his wife, Elizabeth; a son, Charles F. Jr., of Kremmling; two daughters, Mrs. Mary Thompson, Hot Sulphur Springs; Mrs. Ada Anderson, San Leandro, Calif.; a sister, Mrs. Amelia Boag, Canada; 4 grand children and one great-grandson. Rev. E.T. Bolinger, Elizabeth, and former pastor of the Hot Sulphur and Kremmling churches, will conduct the service assisted by Rev. Clayton. The service is in charge of Cox Mortuary with interment at the Hot Sulphur Springs cemetery. Taken from Middle Park Times September 1955
