Hello, I have traced several ancestors back to Grand County, Colorado and would be interested if anyone on the list could add any more to what I know. My great-great-uncles, Thomas E PHARO and William PHARO emigrated to Colorado in 1870. Thomas E established a property at Colorow, near Kremmling and became a County Commissioner. In the 1880's they were joined by 2 of their sisters, Eliza Ann and Lucy Charlotte (Nelly). Thomas E married Hannah Louisa Moschel and had 4 children, Henry W, Maud E, Thomas Jr and Nettie A. Thomas Jr married Mary Thompson in Grand Co, but later settled in Eagle County, married Arta Hockett and at one time was part owner of a garage in Eagle. I don't know if he had any children. Henry W married Marrian DeBerard. Maud E married James H MacDonald. Nettie A married George M Hartman. Eliza Ann married John Thomas Marshall. They founded Acorn Ranch in Summit Co and had children Alva, Pat, Tom, Frances and Patsy. Lucy Charlotte (Nelly) married Henry Eastin. I seem to know more about my US ancestors than I do about their other sister who stayed in the UK and was my great-grandmother!
