That depends. How badly do you want to have more counties up for adoption? You can certainly fire your volunteers but I haven't seen a waiting list of people looking for counties to adopt so your choice is let it go or fire them and have the counties sit without anyone taking care of them. Seems like a rock and a hard-spot kind of question. In my case I acknowledged the problems but simply have not had time to do anything with them yet. Given that none of the problems were earth-shaking and that there are much higher priorities in my life right now it went in my to-do list and, when I can, I'll get the items fixed.
