Can someone help this person? -------- Original Message -------- Subject: Re: archuleta county colorado Date: Thu, 27 Sep 2012 17:06:58 -0500 (GMT-05:00) From: wendelmelrose <wendelmelrose@earthlink.net> Reply-To: wendelmelrose <wendelmelrose@earthlink.net> To: Billie Walsh <bilwalsh@swbell.net> Billie, Thank you for your reply. I've been working on my colorado information for a long time. A lot of misinformation and missing information still exists on a lot of the county sites. Do you have an answer to my question: when did the cemetery at Arboles get removed and the caskets moved to Allison and elsewhere? I know it had to around the time of the Bureau of Reclaimation's purchase of all the land near Arboles. My granddad, Joseph Melrose, lived up north of the old town of Arboles along the Piedra river. Gail, We have unexpectedly sold our house much sooner than expected and will be moving back to Virginia in the next few months.
