June 24, 1961 Vol. LV, No. 150 Mrs. Laura Gale Dies Saturday At Hospital Mrs. Laura Gale, 86, of the IOOF Home died Saturday morning in a local hospital where she had been admitted three days prior. Mrs. Gale had resided at the IOOF Home since Feb. 11, 1960, moving here from Denver. She was born April 21 1875 at Canola, Kan. Her husband, J. C. Gale preceded her in death. Mrs. Gale held memberships in the Rebekah Daylight Lodge No. 121 at Denver and the Order of Eastern Star, Chapter 39, Hall of Garnet, also in Denver. Surviving are two brothers, Frank J. Hart of Cedaredge and R. W. Hart of Denver. A niece, Mrs. Frances R. Murray, of Denver also survives. Funeral arrangements under direction of Wilson Mortuary, will be announced._____________ Note: I looked in further papers for the funeral announcements but never found them. Hope this helps.
