She was adopted when she was 3 by J. D. and Martha Wilcox. They moved to El Paso TX I think, but it may have been El Paso county CO. All I have is her obit stating that they moved to El Paso. Since she married my grandfather in Texas I just assumed it was El Paso TX. I have a census from Texas that states her parents were born in Kentucky.
