I don't know what the initials R.F. Cox stand for. I only know that my Flora Price was married to R.F. Cox and now in the 1880 she is a widow. I was hoping to catch a whale with his name & marriage date & place & death of R.F. so I am sorry I don't know who your Cox family is. Perhaps there will be other answers from other people.
