The funeral will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at Swan-Law Cascade Chapel, 501 N. Cascade Ave. Mr. Clawson was born Dec. 7, 1923, in Colorado Springs to Ellis Lee Clawson and Martha Stamm. He was married Sept. 2, 1978, in Colorado Springs to Lela Blakeslee, who survives. He also is survived by four sons, Robert Andrew and Lewis Andrew of Pueblo, Glenn Eugene Andrew of Dickson, Wyo., and George Andrew of Granger, Wyo.; two daughters, Beverly Torgeson of Colorado Springs and Donna Gibson; 13 grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. Mr. Clawson served in the Navy. A lifelong area resident, he was a past president of the Eagles Lodge 143 and was a life member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 4051. Memorial contributions may be made to the Heart Fund for Eagles Lodge 143, 109 W. Colorado Ave., Colorado Springs, 80904.
